OFFICE GOALS

Our office goal is simple: to provide our patients with high quality, gentle dentistry in a warm, caring atmosphere. If at any time you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don't hesitate to bring them to our attention.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, the Citi Health Card. We accept employer-based dental insurance and are happy to be a participating provider with Delta Dental.

FINANCING

Although we do require payment (or co-payment) at the time of service, we do offer some financing options. Please contact our office for more information.

The Citi Health Card offers 3 and 6 month, 0% interest payment plans and Capitol One Health Finance has 6 and 12 month 0% interest financing.

BROKEN APPOINTMENTS

Our staff respects your valuable time; therefore, we strive to stay on schedule. In order to save you as much time as possible we do not "double book" patients. We do require at least 24 hour notice for a cancellation of an appointment. A fee will be charged for changes made with less than a 24 hour notice and missed appointments.
